About the Emerging Leaders Board
The Emerging Leaders Board is designed to cultivate the next generation of community leaders, aged 21 to 35. By joining, you will support JFCS’s mission and gain invaluable experience in nonprofit board service. This program is perfect for rising professionals passionate about making a difference through service and leadership.
About JFCS
For over 100 years, the LJD Jewish Family & Community Services (JFCS) has served children, families, and seniors in need in Northeast Florida. We offer a wide range of services including counseling, emergency financial assistance, child safety support, senior services, education and outreach, and much more.
Program Highlights
Leadership Development: Engage in a two-year commitment with monthly meetings, quarterly volunteer opportunities, and annual socials.
Community Impact: Participate in special projects and volunteer events directly supporting JFCS’s mission.
Networking: Connect with community leaders on the JFCS Board of Directors and build lasting professional relationships.
